I've heard this mentioned a couple times before, and I was still shocked at what I saw. He brings his hands up too late, takes his eyes off the ball too early, doesn't go get the ball. He waits for the ball to come to him. I imagine he will play with more intensity in games, but I would really like to see some more effort out of him in practice. These are bad habits that can lead to fatal mistakes in games.
