Heaps and Lark will battle it out. Nelson has not shot.

I will not be in LES for the 1st game but I will guarantee that Heaps will start. Nelson was #3 last season. He became #2 only when #2 stepped aside. Gaskins never said Nelson was the future so i will step down, he said he need more time, I am a senior who will never play so I will step down.

Anyone who believes Nelson is going to start at BYU over Heaps or Lark, is up in the night or on serious medication.

BYU passed on Nelson when Lark committed. Utah passed on Nelson as well. USU was the only schollie he received and he went there.

Yes it would be a good story but it won't happen.

Heaps is the real deal. Lark is just not in football shape. Heaps will run away with it.

On the other hand, I hope Nelson start, at least against Utah, as a Utah fan that would be great.
