This is my first time posting to CB, though I have been an avid reader of the board for almost two years now thanks to my good friend SNARRWARS. Thanks buddy!

I was inspired by BYU Claires post "Lifetime of Being A Cougar" and thought it fitting to share my story of being a BYU Fan.

I moved here to Provo when I was 3 years old. My Aunt worked at the Marriot Center Ticket office until she retired two years ago. Since I was five years old my Aunt had always purchased an extra ticket for me to attend games with my cousins. Through this I was able to meet Lavell Edwards, Jim Mcmahon, Steve Young, Ty Detmer, Jason Buck and many others. These were/are my childhood heroes because of there association with BYU. Like BYU Claire, the BYU/Hawaii game was the only game my mom allowed me to stay up late to watch.

I LOVE BYU FOOTBALL, and most other BYU sports. I am a FAN because BYU has been apart of my life since I can remember, plus it also helped that my High School was across the street from Campus.

Regardless of what they announce in the next two days, I will continue to be a BYU FAN and supporter. I still live here in Provo, in fact I built a home within walking distance of campus because of BYU and my love of this area.
