I just think that LDS Ute fans and alumni that point to Utah as "the school as the prophets" (with the implication that that makes the school somehow superior to BYU and/or that the U-I mean "Utah"-would be the choice of said prophets now) is a bit ridiculous considering how much both schools have changed and how the church has changed. There are some very fundamental anti-LDS foundations now well-established at the U that didn't exist even 30 years ago. That is all.

I don't think that one school is better or worse than the other for having GA alumni, just don't like the implied message of "well, President Hinckley went to the U" (meaning the University of Utah, not Miami, of course)
