Good to great athletes, creativity on offense, with speed on defense. Discipline appreciated, but not a primary focus.

Contrast the type of athletes and skill sets usually found at Navy, AFA and Army. Discipline and consistency, predictable, and steady.

Then again, looking back at this thread, maybe Cougarboy was talking about Bronco, not Urban, in which case, it would be (imo) an excellent fit.
