BYU law? Refusing to hire anyone who is not LDS
is a lot more anti-diversity than hiring people based on their skin color, ethnicity, or gender. There is little to no diversity at the law school when I was there a few years ago, and now that they hired a few upper-class, bright young ladies with less common genealogies they are a paragon of diversity?

The only diversity at the law school is that there used to be a few non-lds and there are a couple of liberal professors.
