We can do 3 a year and be fine
Two road games, one home game, one FCS home game. Then we play Utah, Hawaii, and Utah State every year (probably can get a 3 for 2 deal with them). An occasional home and home with another BCS conference program and the rest of the schedule filled with MAC, WAC, MWC, CUSA teams. That's what it will look like from here on out.
On average it translates to 1-2 big home games a year.
