Utah and SLC are one of the fastest growing cities in America.

I think his point was that as Utah grows, so does new potential for fans.

Also, I think Utah picks up a lot of casual fans from around the area. Playing UCLA and Oregon is just so much better than playing Idaho State and New Mexico State. A lot of people will tune in to watch the better game.

Also, just because someone is LDS doesn't make them Anti Mormon. That's the thing I hate most about many BYU fans. The U isn't opposite of BYU. There are good and bad people everywhere.
