Better than ZERO BCS bowl games, let alone wins. Also....
Alabama was ranked #3 in the nation in the Sugar Bowl. We beat them pretty good. They won the NC the very next season.
I don't recall BYU playing in any bowl game ever, where they played that kind of opponent. That highly ranked of an opponent and on top of that won.
Alabama was the highest ranked opponent either of our programs has every faced on a bowl game.
