the Aggies are headed in the "right direction?"
Here is a tidbit I got from the USU-homer media outlet.
"In 48 league games over the six years the Aggies are 13-35 (27 percent). Under Andersen, they're 5-11 (31 percent). A fifth-place WAC finish Andersen's first year is the school's best in a conference where it seems they're usually seventh or eighth.
The only time Utah State beat a WAC opponent with a winning league record was back in 2008, Brent Guy's final year. They whipped Hawaii, 30-14, a club that wound up 5-3 in the conference, good enough for fourth place.
USU's only other WAC league win over a team that finished as high as fourth was a memorable one, the 2009 victory at Idaho, 52-49, to end Andersen's first year."

I know I shouldn't be wasting my time on this, but I unfortunately live among the Aggies.
