give him the time that he'll be servicable. I don't agree that you'll win this year. I'm hoping for classic BYU beatdown (we're long overdue one). If you have deficiencies at OL or he's not 100% or "fragile" when sacked, you may not get the max potential he may offer.

It may be my blue goggles but going in to this season I'd be worried at the QB situation at Utah especially with your coaching changes vs. what we see at BYU where we basically fired our very successful OC to step up to even better.

I don't think deficiencies at the OC level, QB coach level, etc. are going to be as easy to cover up in the Pac-12 like they were in the MWC and I think your current offensive coach configuration isn't Pac-12 worthy unless your goal is UCLA type offensive production.
