Look...
I was at the 54-10 game(saw the mili), rewatched the ESPN broadcast later, and am very familiar with the Mili.

ESPN presented in such a way that it looked like a Haka (in the clip they showed, you can't see anything). It's not even like a Siva Tau or Kailao, and is not done toward fans, opposing fans, or the opposing team. It's done in a circle before Utah stretches pregame. And they've been doing it for the best part of 2 decades, so obviously it's been done the way it's intended if you're only noticing it now.
