Semantics? You said you were the backup and weren't on the
roster. That is in no way an argument of semantics, it is an argument of fact. The only other claim I made was that you said you were a starter even though you didn't start a game. The starting receiver argument could possibly be conceived as an argument of semantics, in the exact same way that Slick Willy argued over the definition of "is."

I am telling you, just own it and you will be better off. No one is going to blame you for inflating your resume on CB, it is a messageboard for crying out loud, but when you get caught, own it.
