Roku & Apple TV users - how do you watch ESPN?

I want to ditch my DTV bill but losing access to BYU on ESPN keeps me from switching. How do you view the games? Do you have to wait until it is replayed on BYUTV? TIA

Yes. I have Comcast internet so I get ESPN3.
