the only reason we lost IMO is free throws. you gotta knock those down...WAY to many misses by lots of different players. 60% from the FT line won't cut it. time to run and shoot free throws at the end of those suicides!

overall amazing game. i was wrong on every count in my pregame thougts. davies showed up big time. (although the fact that he has been non-existent since the BYUH game until now is disturbing). carlino fit in seemlessly and looks to be outstanding...he should start our next game IMO. and harrison played pretty well in the minutes he got. i was really worried about him. i still think we win with rogers in the game though.

the other significant factor was turnovers. i thought this would be the case but that baylor would have to force them. sadly we made a lot of stupid mistakes and made a lot of unforced errors that cost us several possessions. besides missed FT's this would be reason "1a" why we lost IMO.

overall great game. lots to build off of here. it's sad we didn't pull it off but fun to see this TEAM compete. we are a complete and balanced team and i actually think we could win the WCC now, whereas before i thought we'd be runner-up.

hopefully davies can bring it like this every game. harrison is going to get PT with rogers out and needs to continue to improve and carlino showed flashes of brilliance. that step back three in acy's face was jimmer-like...so was the behind the back cross over lay up. kids got skillz. we really could win our next 11 games heading into our showdown at VT.
