This is correct.

It has to be based on something. If that is convenient parking or number of bathrooms so be it. Even atmosphere is very subjective. I have seen stadiums ranked on the quality of food they serve. There has to be some criteria to rank them buy and then the fan can decide if that criteria is a valid criteria to claim a stadium best or not.
