I agree about Rutgers, and have posted in the past as well..

Rutgers for a long time has longed desired to be in the ACC, as of yet, the ACC hasn't shared the same interest (that I know of). I simply stated that Rutgers won't accept an invite to the B12 as long as they still feel they have a chance with the ACC.

So if your source is right, I conceed that the Rutgers to the ACC is all you first!
