is it not written somewhere that the spirit of the law
governs?
the Church would have failed 100 years ago if we were governed by those with the kind of irrational judgment that would have been reflected with a BYU forfeit because the clock struck 12.
did y'all know that the LDS Church Sabbath in Israel is on Saturday to accomodate the sensibilities of the locals?
consider the kind of fringe crazies that the Church would attract if the brethren were such nit pickers. sane people would stay away.
seems like maybe we need to talk more at Church about reasonableness.
