Still, his receptions were only down 3 from 2011. Also, in the first game of the 2012 season Riley threw to Apo 7 times with 4 completions. He threw to Hoffman 3 times with 3 completions. Apo missed the Weber st. game due to injury, but in the Utah game he had three passes thrown to him without a single completion. Hoffman had 10 passes thrown to him with 8 completions.
Anyway, I don't think you can blame Riley for Apo's poor performances. I'm not blaming Cahoon either. Apo just didn't step up this year.
