Kaepernick is a heckuva runner, for sure. However, he gets by on his fantastic athleticism. He isn't a great decision maker, doesn't slide much, doesn't have great accuracy, and definitely doesn't keep his eyes down field.
The same is true for both Hill and Kaepernick....if they can do those things consistently, they'll be amazing QBs. Hill showed it against UConn. I hope he can keep doing it. Kaepernick is getting to the point that I don't think he'll take that next step. Most running QBs don't.
