The bylaws of nearly every public university in America consider it discriminatory, the policies and procedures of most American corporations consider it discriminatory, most state constitutions consider it discriminatory, the court system considers it discriminatory, and its now possible that most Americans would now consider not hiring gays a discriminatory practice. There is no reason to believe the trend will not continue for years to come, and at some point in the future, BYU's policies will start to take a lot of heat.
