Losses don't matter as much as not beating tournament caliber
teams away from home.
The committee isn't stupid. They know over 30 plus games teams lose to inferior teams. What they want to see is if you can beat tournament quality teams away from home. BYU hasn't shown they can do that. Close, but no wins .
