Cage is so bad/weird that he's good.
Travolta is no longer getting roles. He has become Hollywood's punchline.
Costner is the true enigma. He has never had to demonstrate any true acting ability, but keeps getting big time roles in major movies. That said, I never really mind him all that much in movies. He's kind of a blank slate.
