I'm saying from a feminist perspective viewing the sexes as exactly equal then she would take as much of the blame as he would.
It looked to me like she was every bit as aggressive as he was. She balled her fist threatening to hit before he did anything other than words. Was it provoked? I'm sure to an extent, but if the tables were turned one would say you should never try to solve anything with violence. If the man had balled the fist and then hit the girl with the left hand then the same (or more) outrage would exist that already does.
