Guy or lady was smart enough to understand the system that they make as much as someone else whose job can be that difficult!

Some of the school district jobs like counselour, speech therapist etc. are awesome. Whereas elementary school teacher, if you do it well is not easy at all!

Even if you did it poorly could be fairly difficult in the wrong situation.
