I made gluten-free gravy (used corn starch) and it actually was delicious. I also made a gluten-free lemon meringue pie. The crust wasn't quite as good as a normal crust, but the pie part was awesome.
We had stuffing and homemade rolls for all those who could eat gluten, but there was plenty of delicious food for everybody. Really, with a little learning it's not hard to make a fantastic gluten-free meal.
