Easy choice -- Rutgers is the closest thing NYC has to a school with major
Bball and fball, plus it's AAU and uconn is not.
Rutgers is set up for success much better than uconn.

Uconn is in the Hartford market. Rutgers is in the NYC market. That's your difference.
