He's essentially tracking scoring efficiency of a point guard while taking away assists and factoring in turnovers. Jimmer's stat is high because he shot a lot of threes and made a decent amount of them. Kyle isn't a three point shooter and is therefore at a disadvantage. Also, he tends to turn it over more because he handles the ball the overwhelming majority of the time he is on the court. Which means to not factor in assists puts him at a further disadvantage.
So while OP claims he went in with no agenda, to me, that couldn't be farther from the truth. Look at his assist rate, ORtg/DRtg, points produced per game (about 33-34ish). These are all better stats than what you made up. How is Fischer a more efficient player? He jacks up 3s, makes his free throws, and doesn't turn the ball over because he isn't the chief playmaker.
A stat that shows chase as the more efficient and productive offensive player than KC, is a stat with major problems.
