The NCAA allowed it a few years ago but BYU was behind, and when they finally got on board it was something to talk about because it made such a difference for coaches to not have to be the ones to do that anymore.

And now BYU has added even more, with a DPP and director of recruiting. Before it was only Martzen. But T.O. and these guys aren't doing anything less. They're probably having a much much bigger impact than just Martzen. In fact I know TO himself is.

Martzen got BYU going in the right direction and now Sitake has expanded the staff more... finally... and are furthering the work.
