I know that they have had some successes, but their futility in drafting is legendary. The guys you noted were first

round picks over a number of years, and the draft is more than the first round. But even then, Felix Jones, Mike Jenkins, Anthony Spencer (who had one good year so they stupidly overpaid to re-sign), Bruce carter, mo Claiborne, Demarcus Lawrence, randy gregory, bobby carpenter, Anthony fasano.

OTher than the 05 draft, they've been exceptional at failing.
