JC DBs quite often turn out. You're right, it can't be considered a slam

at all or anything close to it. Guys like that are fairly often legit. BYU has made a living on JC DBs and Utah does it even better. I don't agree with this whole worrying about stars thing but with Utah and DBs, there really is no "but." I think those JC DBs are as likely as any 4 star HS recruit to turn out.
