I have a very, very hard time following you here.
They are better than 90% of college players, and are therefore elite? Are we talking ALL college players, or just D1? Major/Mid-Major conferences?
There are ~4,500 D1 bball players, but half of them play for REALLY small schools who aren't taken very seriously
so we have ~2,000 players on larger name teams, that means there are 200 elite players, you think BYU has 4 on that list?
