From what Booker said, GH doesn't like the pressure of being "the guy".. And compared to Crowder etc. I don't think it's a huge upgrade.

After watching the jazz since the 80s there seems to be a pattern of jazz players' skill getting overestimated while they're on the jazz, then they go elsewhere and get knocked down a notch or two. Jeff Malone, Shandon Anderson, big dawg and others. Maybe it's a combination of the jazz system and being in a market that fawns over halfway decent players. I dunno.
