I still say it is hard to take a bunch of uber talented freshmen and get them to play good enough ball together to make a NCAA run.

He keeps taking all freshman to the final 4. Thats fairly impressive.

in the nba, where you have to actually coach, he failed miserably. he isn't regarded as a great "coach". but he doesn't
