Xaffeinw. Every morning before you eat or drink a liter of water and take a 20 ng caffeine tabket.. do this for two weeks..since you have established that is all it took for you to be hooked.
Then just don't after that.. Come back and tell us all how easy it was for you to not drink the caffeine + water.
I have had over a dozen people actually take me up on the experiment ..not a single person has ever not been able to stop drinking the Qatar and caffeine tabket with any problem whatsoever.
