Yep, my F-150 has it. It was weird at first, but I'm used to it now. Supposedly
it's a different type of starter that's made to handle it, so the increased starting shouldn't wear it out prematurely.
I do turn it off in certain situations, though--stop-and-go traffic, for example, when it gets annoying to keep stopping and starting.
