i would like the HC to have a plan of what he wants done, which system he
wants to be run, and how he wants to recruit it. but i don't think he needs to have someone in mind. i think interviewing a lot of guys is good.
but i think the HC should have a framework of what he wants the office to look like. then go find the right guy to do it.
