That's really a hard question to answer, because you have so many different people with different tastes

For me, it would be easier to create a top 10 list. However, some of your movies wouldn't make my top 10 list. I love Young Frankenstein, Trading Places, Airplane!, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and Groundhog Day. I've never seen Blazing Saddles, only parts of it. Haven't seen Office Space or Lebowski at all. Caddyshack, Anchorman, Dumb and Dumber have really funny parts, but they don't make my top 10.

Included in my top 10 would be:
What's Up Doc!
Galaxy Quest
The Man Who Knew Too Little
Oscar
Some Like it Hot
