Coach Pete is smart and an excellent defensive coach. If they stick with nickel it’s because they think their speed and athelticism can beat our size. He’ll have tricks up his sleeve and be ready to adjust if he needs to. Gary Patterson largely stuck with his 4-2-5 when I was watching TCU and was dominant.


I prefer Washington try their nickel package against us versus stuck in the box, but either way, we will have a very tough task ahead of us.
