Actually, that isn't true. The famous "tuck rule" game was the second time--link

It was called 4 times before it was repealed. The first was in a Patriots game when it went against the Patriots, then the second time was the infamous playoff game against the Raiders. Then it was called two other times after that, before it was repealed in 2013.
