I would be much more comfortable with a career coach who is willing to do the
coaching grind the way Grimes has working his way up the ladder than with a guy who only wants to coach at BYU and will not do it anywhere else.
With the guy who has worked his way up, you know he he is busting his butt to move up the ladder when he takes jobs at several podunk schools along the way.

I highly doubt that is the case, my bet is we are going to get someone else Grimes knows that is currently coaching...
