always annoying. He's always the guy who gladly accepts somebody else paying the bill and *then* afterwards says "Oh hey, you know what? I don't have any cash - I'll have to pay you back later...." (and then usually never pays back at all)

I think apps like Venmo are making this problem go away somewhat, which is good, because I always wanted to stab the "I have no cash" guy" with a fork at restaurants.
