They would be adults by then and able to chose if they want the vaccines
Required to travel and live abroad by the church, or decline those and stay stateside. Some of the conditions where I was at stateside I don’t think would be smart to be unvaccinated but I’m sure the church is fine with local missionaries not being vaccinated
