The best I could do in HS was grab the rim without a ball. Can't even touch now

I could dunk easily with a clear path. I wasn't dunking over people, though.

I was getting rim checked so prov 4-8 would do it. Clear lane.

I could hit the rim with my inner elbow, which is what I needed due to not palming the ball. So I would ask for bigger
