If on the south side of Provo, Saigon Cafe is ran by a family that are really good people and they make the best Chinese food that I've had in Utah County.

Brasas is my favorite Mexican joint and pretty close by (right south of the city creek temple).

Commune on 1 N and University Avenue is very good with the 'farm to table' shtick. More expensive than the first two.

Orem has a phenomenal little Argentine place that's actually very nice inside called Asado. Go get the lomito and thank me later. It's right off of State, but more north Orem I believe.
