Hope he doesn't have the same eligibility problem that hit BYU Rugby. Apparently
Aitogi came to Snow College right out of high school and planned to try out for football there, but chose to leave school over concerns for his mother's health.

Normally, an athlete's clock starts ticking once he enrolls in a college.

What hit BYU Rugby was a player who enrolled at a college, but withdrew after never having attended a class or paid any fees. After working for a time and a mission he came to BYU and as far as anyone knew, he was a first year freshman. Somehow Cal researched and found out about the earlier aborted college enrollment and claimed that his clock started all those years earlier. Cal's protest was upheld and BYU had to forfeit a Varsity Cup Title.

Aitogi's story sounds very familiar. Let's hope he is granted a waiver, or that he withdrew from Snow before the semester ever started.
