As an adult the only thing I miss about bigger cities is convenience. Curently I live in a town of 3000 people and I really miss variety in places to eat as well as convenience of having a wal mart within 60 miles. But I have no traffic on my commute to work, the cost of living is low, and there isn't much crime. You take the good with the bad.
