I've traveled Colombia only once, but fell in love bc it's one of the few places

I'm the world where mountains meet warm beach. Google Parque Tayrona, it's 30 mins from Minca and it's the most beautiful beach/national park.
I surprisingly felt safer in Colombia than most other countries I've traveled to. It has a stigma from the 80's for sure.
Where are you considering?
