If I'm being honest this is the one position group where I feel like a 25 year

old body has some advantages over 18-22 year old's. Even with the mission lag. Who couldn't use an extra 3 years of eating and lifting?

At 6'4" I was 180lbs in the MTC. When I got home I was 140lbs. A strong gust of wind could have snapped me in half.
