Updated: NCAA reverses sanctions against BYU runner

Six days after the story was made public, the NCAA reversed its decision after declaring BYU cross-country star Jared Ward ineligible for the 2013 season, clearing the way for him to compete for the Cougars' No. 5-ranked team at nationals.
